Visited 572 during a very busy time, weekend before NYE. The village was crawling with visitors. We, luckily, snagged a table in the bar area where they provide table service. We had pitchers of beer. Lots of drink options. Had the sweet potato tots and wings. Wings were fantastic. Not your usual frozen wings. These were nicely breaded, tasty...so good. Service was great. They were attentive to our needs. Oh and big TVs and football 5/5! Thanks 572!

Best food and live music combo on the mountain. Outdoor music venue is family oriented vibe.

I visited 572 Social Kitchen and Lounge back in 2019, and even after all these years, the experience has stayed with me. It took me some time to find the name of the restaurant again so I could write this review, but I couldn't let this go unmentioned. Honestly, I don't remember exactly what I ate, but I do remember it was delicious. What truly stood out to me, however, was the incredible gesture from our server that day. I was with a friend who didn't speak English very well at the time. She barely ate half of her meal, probably because she didn't enjoy it as much as I did. Without her saying a word, the server returned with the check and told us she had taken the burger off the bill. She kindly said to my friend, "I know you didn't enjoy it, so it's on the house." This act of kindness left a lasting impression on me. It's the kind of outstanding customer service that's unforgettable. Even five years later, I still think about it, and I know that when I return to Big Bear, this will be the first restaurant I visit. As a restaurant owner myself, this moment inspired me so much that I've shared the story with my own team, using it as an example of what exceptional service looks like. Thank you to the team at 572 Social Kitchen and Lounge for such an unforgettable experience. I don't know if the server who helped us is still there, but her gesture made a lasting impact. Kudos to the entire team!

This was a great spot to grab some dinner while we were in the village exploring with the kids. Service was extremely attentive and very friendly! We ordered a variety including pizza, different salads, edamame, fries and onion rings so the kids had something they would eat and fill up. I'm pretty sure they devoured most of it. They also had some creative drinks on the menu. One of the other parents highly recommended them as they reminded her of Snapple drinks. Inside was nice and warm but I noticed they had plenty of heaters outside as well. All in all a comfortable spot with good food.

Last night in the village and we landed here to dine out on the spacious patio in 40 degree weather. Propane heaters were abundant. My hubby ordered the meat livers pizza and really liked it...crust was tasty and they were very generous with the toppings. I ordered the 527 Fire Burger sans bun with caramelized onions, their signature sauce, and blue cheese. The onions were cooked to perfection and I really enjoyed it. Service was solid and overall, the ambiance was nice with twinkling lights and fire pits aflame.

Best damn burger I ever had. Cali Burger was just amazing. Presentation and taste had me feeling awesome. Server was great and price was very reasonable. Get there when they open cause it gets crowded. Highly recommend. Had live Entertainment and terrific atmosphere.

Live music, soccer on the TV screen, and a beautiful outdoor space. We ordered sweet potato waffle fries and wheat beer to kick it and relax. Ordering is easy at the bar kiosk nearest the entrance. We were given a number and our items arrived shortly after where we were sitting. Love the vibe, and bustling atmosphere for a midweek afternoon. Highly recommended!

Came here for lunch with my family. We were greeted right away. We were informed it was open seating and when we were ready to order at the bar and the order would be taken to us. All staff were friendly. We sat outside. Plenty of seating. All the food we ordered was good. No complaints. We ordered the Pineapple Bacon Pizza, Caesar Salad, Shishito Peppers and the Spicy Edamame. They even had live music which was nice.
